Atomic Tessellator: A physics-led rebrand for an AI material-discovery startup
Atomic Tessellator is a physics-first and AI-driven computational platform. It speeds up advanced materials discovery and small molecule chemistry by simulating crystalline systems and molecular structures down to the atomic scale before physical lab synthesis.

The visual language is dense, sharp, and led by data. The visual system is paper-like, and references academic papers. There are hints of personality within the simulation-based illustrations and procedural artwork referencing materials.

Inspired by the similicity of Feynman Diagrams
There is inspiration in the “rudimentary” and the low fidelity feel of the language that actually serves as a visually interesting and differentiating factor for Atomic Tessellator. Instead of chasing gradients and lightweight diagrams like a traditional AI company, Atomic Tessellator positions itself as enterprise with a grounded and timeless undertone
Experiments with physics
At the core of the system sit simulation-based visualizations that broadly showcase Atomic's technology.
Data visualization
We built a gallery of visualization elements for Atomic Tessellator to use on research papers, pitch decks, and within the platform.
